For my first time ever trying yoga and hot yoga at that, I loved every second.
Not only did it make my body feel energized, I also felt a closer mind body connection.
I can definitely say that Red puts her heart into her class and it shows, from her wonderful playlist of soothing tunes, to the aromatic fragrance that awaken your senses.
Red introduced herself, explained how she instructs her class and took her time to show me around Y6, which made me feel at ease and felt like I was at home.

If you are in pain, as I am, Hot yoga did wonders and is my new found love.

LOVE all of my classes with Kelly! From hot to restore, she instructs so well! I always feel guided into poses with options to challenge or soften. She has a welcoming personality and her playlist is always amazing!

I am definitely in love with this studio! The vibe in here is so chill & fun!
They keep everything so clean and ready for all their clients. Kim is AWESOME! She’s so friendly and sweet explaining the process and membership! Everyone is so amazing from the teachers to other clients! It’s a warm welcome into a new journey I have started and fallen in-love with!
Brittany is super sweet and friendly her classes are so fun!
Danielle, Kristin, Joanne and Barbie just all around so professional, fun and sweet! I’m telling y'all you won’t regret signing up!

They seriously go above and beyond for each person here.. I’m telling you best decision I have ever made!

Love YogaSix and all their instructors! Joanne was great today and walked me through some alternate sculpt and flow moves that would help me avoid the pain I'm having in my shoulder, while still getting in a good workout.

Emily was an Amazing Instructor. This was my 1st time here and it really made me slow down and lowered my anxiety. The music, the pace, the essential oils.

I Loved how Emily took her time and made you feel comfortable. The price match's the quality of the class. I love how they have deals too if your own a budget. I will continue to come. 5 star customer service too at the desk. Beautiful Place and People.
