Small. Get more than 5 people in the weight room and it’s uncomfortable. Kinda unbelievable for an Army base. Obviously has been neglected for awhile.

I attended the Yoga class; the gym provided all the materials along with an experienced, approachable instructor in a comfortable atmosphere. Of the course the regular gym amenities were second to none. As of 2p24 they've upgraded the Steam Room, too. Worth it!

There are so many options of workout techniques here. Boxing, kettlebells, free weights, different cardio machines, crossfit room, and climbing walls.
