I've been training at this gym for almost 11 months and have seen more results than attending a traditional open gym for almost 7 years. Coach Iggy ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries and he's always challenging me by raising my limits.....and that's the way I like it! Iggy's a fantastic coach with a great sense of humor. Every session is well thought out to achieve optimal results and filled with laughter and positive attitude which empowers you to workout even harder. I feel that my body is at its strongest strength than it's ever been. I would highly recommend this gym to a focused individual looking to achieve serious results.

Coach Iggy uses research-backed and diverse approaches to promote a healthy body and mindset, helping members of all ages overcome obstacles to reaching their full potential. He is in-tune with each individual's energy and personality and customizes the work in group sessions for each person's needs, goals, pace, and readiness to evolve. There are some mobility challenges in my hips, he still has time to adapt the group workout to build my strength and aid healing. Everyone I've encountered here is friendly, down-to-earth, and respectful, and as an introvert, I can still have my cherished solo space but also feel a part of a community. I feel motivated to attend and be accountable without feeling bullied like other gyms can make you feel, and I am excited about how Zelta will grow and evolve as a unique mind-body fitness academy. This is the place for those looking for lasting fitness results and a content, healthy mindset.

Iggy has been training me for over a year and has changed my life for the better. I was diagnosed with Lupus in 2021 and let that sickness define me and my physical abilities. I was tired of feeling weak and fatigued and I found Iggy through my cousin and aunt. He was patient with me and taught me that my body is stronger than it is. A lupus flare up made me suffer kidney failure back in February 2024 and he helped with my recovery. Now today in June 2024 I’ve officially recovered my kidneys and been discharged from dialysis! My body is the strongest it’s ever been thanks to Iggy. He helped me realize the investment to my body is the best decision I’ve ever made.

He truly cares about his clients and wants each and every one of us to excel- at being our best! My wife and I highly recommend CT40 gym for you to join and experience the change. CT40 Gym isn't your typical workout gym, but Coach Iggy brings his experience and expertise with personalized attention and a delicate balance between your comfort level and his willingness to push to maximize your workout. Coach Iggy can also assist you by focusing on a specific/targeted area to meet your goals. We felt more energetic and had a stronger backbone. We joined boot camp in the past, and it was good, but now with new machines and changes to the program, it's even greater and impactful, with visible results in a matter of days.

I love this gym! Coach Iggy gives you all the tools you need to succeed in your fitness journey. The workouts are challenging but fun and change all the time. Consistency is key and he fosters a comfortable environment that keeps you motivated. The members are really friendly and encouraging.
