I was in a car accident. Rear ended, resulted in neck and back injuries. I’ve been in a lot of pain. After receiving my referral approval from Kaiser, I found Zen from a list of providers. The first appointment was very easy. I was able to complete everything online. The bonus is that I can communicate with the office via text. I’ve been there about four times now and before my treatments, I was taking my pain medication daily. Since my acupuncture, I have started feeling better and not needing my pain medicine daily. The staff are very nice. There were a couple of visits I felt rushed but they still took the time to answer my questions.

I'm currently being treated by Joyce for Bells Palsy, I was diagnosed late October, I was referred by mom that highly has amazing things to say about Zen. & as what they say "momma is always right". Zen is amazing & Joyce is a sweetheart!!! She's been treating me during the week & Saturday another amazing sweetheart (I forget her name) so even though I went in a week after I was diagnosed, I was scared but that went out the door once the staffed assured & a client walking out said I was going to feel amazing & honestly I have ever since.The acupuncture & wave machine is working!! I feel & see the difference & it's only been a few weeks! I'm beyond thankful for treatments by Joyce & the wonderful staff. Highly recommend Zen

I have come here two times now! Every time I walk out, I feel less in pain and relieved. First time is $100

Walk in, take off your shoes and slip into the clean sandal they provide. Best to west easy slip on and offs. My fav part is tea at the entrance! Get a sample!

They do 20 -30 min treatment and believe me that’s all you need. I was so hesitant about this but a friend said this place changed her life.
They do a mix of acu, shock and cupping all at once. It’s done to the science

Their communication during it all is clear! they walk you through everything they’re gonna do. they do give you warnings that and tell you how the needles will feel. From start to finish this place is professional and clean.

I was having ton of neck and back pain and decided to come in. I had tried chiropractic before but did not have as much relief as the acupuncture. I had some immediate relief but as I went through the week I noticed I was not in as much pain as usual and feel so much better.

Just came here for infrared sauna and it was great! I was able to use my phone as the lower body infrared sauna does work and circulate to upper body too! At first I was hesitant cause I did not know it was only lower body seating but after researching the sauna, they were right and even offered to comp my service if I was not satisfied. So so nice. They were very informative and I will be coming back.

I have had neck and shoulders' pain for years. I have tried treatments such as physical therapy, chiropractic, deep massage, but my pain has not gone away. My friend told me to try acupuncture, and I'm glad that I did. I found Zen Acupuncture on Google, and have had about 10 treatments, now I even combine it with cupping. It seems to help easing my pain. I can sleep better now and waking up feeling good. My neck and shoulders' pain is improving. I can say about level 1-2 compare to 4-5 before. This was my first acupuncture experience. I called 2 days prior and sent my medical insurance information to be approved in advance. I received a call back with the insurance approval. I was lucky enough to fit into their busy and booked schedule. They are very accommodating. Upon walking in, I was greeted with a warm welcome. Everyone here was very kind. I was walked into the room which was very clean and private. I was so nervous and I hate needles. Amy made me feel very comfortable. She explained everything to me and assured me of the benefits I could experience with consistent appointments. Amy educated me about acupuncture and how it promotes our bodies natural healing process. She was patient and listened to my concerns. I will be back and I am looking forward to my healing journey. The only thing I would change about this place is their scheduler Jason. There was an issue with my referral from the VA and when he called to tell me about he was laughing at the situation. I am going through serious help issues and I do not appreciated people laughing at my situation.

After updating my review Jason called to let me know Zen would no longer service me due to my review. He also stated his wife is the provider and and very upset because of my review. My appointment was cancelled. He was aggressive and talked down to me as if I was a child. He even raised his voice.

I wish I could attach the audio to the review. He stated due to my review I would not receive the same treatment therefore he would advise VA to refer me to another establishment. The VA indicated to call TRIWEST and report provider, as the do not do business with unprofessional providers. The provider is amazing and very caring it is unfortunate what one bad element can do for an establishment.
