Brekenfit may be a smaller gym, but that’s what makes it special. The tight-knit community here is amazing—everyone is so supportive, and we all help each other stay motivated. The staff and trainers are friendly and genuinely care about your progress. It’s the perfect spot if you're looking for a gym that feels like family!

About a year and a half ago I walked in BreckenFit to check out the gym and wanted to know more about their training program. Was not expecting to workout that day but (Fares) one of the trainers put me to work right away 😂 he explained each exercise and made sure I had proper form.
Fast forward to today I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been and I feel amazing.
Fat percentage decreased and muscle mass increased!!
And that’s all thanks to BreckenFit and it’s amazing trainers Josh and Fares!

I went in to start my fitness journey. I had just had a baby, and had not exercised in a few years. I said that to the coach, however, I was pushed and trusted this coach knew how far to push me. My body was sore for a week after, but my knee was in pain for months after. I ended up having a torn meniscus in my knee. I believe this gym is wonderful for people and there health, however, I think these professionals need to start where the client is at, and not assume they are at the place everyone else is and listen to the client when they say they have no strength.

I had a very disappointing experience with Breken/Zfit gym. They overcharged me this month, which they did refund after I brought it to their attention. However, when I decided to cancel my membership, I was met with unprofessional and downright rude behavior from the owner Fares. Instead of a smooth cancellation process, I was harassed and told not to come back- even though my membership was paid through the following month! Its unacceptable to treat a paying customer this way, especially after their own billing mistake. A gym should be a welcoming place, not one that punishes members for deciding to leave. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values fair treatment and professionalism. Avoid unless you want to deal with unnecessary stress.

I have been going to breckenfit for over 3 years and it’s the only gym I have stayed consistent with and absolutely love! 1000% worth it! So much better than any gym I have been to. They taught me how to workout and how to love working out. The trainers are all amazing! Definitely in good hands!! The workouts are different everyday and anytime you go you are sure to get the best workout you could get anywhere! One of the best decisions I have made for myself has been joining breckenfit! Do yourself a favor and get yourself a membership cus it’s the best gym ever!!

I have been a member at BreckenFit for over 6 years. Josh and Fares, who are the owners and main trainers have done such a great job at cultivating an inviting atmosphere and a place where you can grow in fitness and in health. I love the fact that I’m always greeted by name every morning when I come in to work out. And when they aren’t busy helping other members I’m always sent off with a “good job” and “thank you”.

This atmosphere spills over into the members as well, always helpful when needed, encouraging and welcoming. Everyone goes at their own pace and is cheered on when personal goals are achieved. Josh and Fares, of course, like good trainers should, push us to be our best, but in a helpful not hurtful way. We have a daily workout prepared for us to grow in our fitness that covers all of the things you would want. Everyone cleans up after themselves and looks our for the other members to make it a safe place

The gym is ALWAYS clean
The gym is well stocked with great equipment that is kept up and in good shape (new stuff added all the time, too)
The bathrooms are clean and the shower is helpful for those who need it
The hours are very flexible and you can come in and work at your own pace
There’s more I can say but I’ll leave this review by saying that I would for sure recommend Breckenfit to anyone who is looking for a great gym for their fitness journey.

I've been coming to BreckenFit for a year now and my husband joined four months ago. We both love this gym.
•Josh and Fares are great trainers who will help you with your goals.
•There is no need to feel intimidated coming to work out here, everyone is friendly and helpful.
•The workouts got both my husband and I ready for our first Spartan Race back in January.
•Work out at your own pace and fitness level.
•Just keep going! Be consistent and the results will speak for themselves.
