Even after the initial bad experience I came back because it was the closest place with a wide selection of herbs offered that you can buy by weight. The store setup, layout and selection offered is good but the customer service is HORRIBLE! Luckily I know about herbs and knew what I wanted but always willing to learn and hear and suggestions. I walked in one day clearly asking for advice on the specific herbs I came in to buy and the one woman on the floor was helpful to find it but had to ask the older woman behind the counter, that appeared to be the owner perhaps about what she would recommend for my ailment and she was so rude. She had her head down as if she could not be bothered. The woman kept going back to her for questions and she was dismissive, didn’t answer, and walked to the back. It was such an unpleasant experience. I would have walked out to another place if it wasn’t because I was sick. Another time prior I came during posted hours and it was closed. Another time I called to ask if they had a particular herb in stock and the person who picked up was so nasty. How hard is it to be a pleasant human and provide basic customer service. The place gives such a low vibration. I will plan ahead and just go further out to buy from a place that is friendly and courteous to their customers. Never again!

Great selection, but the store clerk is nasty and rude when you ask basic questions. It is a shame because I really want a business like this to succeed, but staff are not able to or willing answer basic questions like what kind of classes are offered and when the next one will be offered.

Yes a neat store with a wide select of items. Unfortunately the staff was not readily available. Alot going on in the back. The one staff member that did come out (older slim woman with long braids/hair) had no patiences to answer questions for me after she justttt spent 5 mins doing for this middle age man who was confused on products and if he even had the right store🤔.

I don't recommend this store. Google search your needs as well as prices (especially since they have same family of product but different prices, weird)

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU GO TO THIS PLACE AND BEWARE!! Don't believe in all this hollistic garbage especially if you have a real medical issue!! I paid $350 for them to get a report on me (they told me I had to do this so they could see what’s wrong with me even though I let them know what my issue was)and they made me sit down in a chair and they just put headphones on me. The price was already insane especially when I was told that it was suppose to be $150 instead of $350 but I was desperate with my medical condition and needed surgery but was terrified of it( I had a cyst that these people here told me that they could get rid of without going through surgery as the head “doctor” there said she is anti-surgery).
In the beginning, they were already so disorganized to get my report and then made me buy sooooo many unnecessary items all equaling to almost $500 dollars!! But apparently as they said, I HAVE to get all of this or my cyst won’t go away…according to them. They even initially didn’t give me one of my items they charged me for that was well over $100 (it’s called FOL apparently and they said it was to cure me of any issue from the COVID vaccine as they were also very against that.) They said in order to get rid of my huge cyst that I had to clean myself of parasites and whatever issues I apparently had from the vaccine ( I had no issues, I was just told I had it by them). The products were already waaaaay too overpriced and even though I spent almost $850 so far on that report and the useless “medication” that didn’t even work to help my condition they said I still can’t get rid of the cyst until I buy their other products that they have to shipped in which equaled to another almost $500!! What kind of highway robbery is this They played on my desperation of me wanting to get rid of my medical issue and I put my trust into them and they scammed me and told me that I needed to go on an almost 2 month fasting and full vegan diet within their schedule regimen with the products I bought from them. It all just gave me a placebo effect (of course if you go vegan you’ll be seen as healthier at the moment, not because of the products they give you.) They also expected me to come back and buy refills of their products during this time if they ran out (which they will based on how much they give you) to keep going with the “fasting and vegan diet” and they even wanted me to rent out this Korean water filter system from them because they said I couldn’t use regular drinking water anymore because they said it’s “not clean enough” to them. After doing everything they told me religiously and spending so much money I had went to the doctor after my fasting to see if there were any changes with a sonogram and guess what? My cyst actually grew instead!!

I couldn’t believe the news!! I was so heartbroken and hurt…I saved up all that money and these crooks promised me that they would help me with my medical issue and instead they SCAMMED ME. I feel so betrayed and I will NEVER buy from this joke of a practice again. I ended up getting the surgery after all at Long Island Jewish hospital and I’m much better now with the cyst FINALLY out of me. Please watch out and don’t be another sucker for them so they could drain you of all your money!! Don’t let them prey on your desperation and need for help!! If you have a medical issue just please get help with actual medical professionals and not ones that pretend to know what they’re talking about to get a quick buck out of you.

The store never opens on time. I've made appointments for consultations that weren't honored. I show up but the staff is not available. I tried to patronize this place because a friend recommended but I will spend my money elsewhere.

This place is absolutely AMAZING!!! First & foremost I just want to say the owner is so beautiful & sweet! Bless her ♥️ She hired an amazing, helpful staff that always makes my experience a fun, yet learning one. Very GOOD QUALITY Herbs at this shop & such a wide variety. VERY POWERFUL these herbs! They smell amazing, super affordable, & ORGANIC!!! Girl, it doesn’t get any better than that 😩😂🙌🏾
